The Strait of Hormuz is open again — to everyone except Iran. President Trump declared the waterway “open to ALL Ship traffic except for Iran,” blaming Tehran’s “lying, violent, malicious leadership” for the chaos (Washington Times).
A Blockade Restored, A Message Delivered
CENTCOM confirmed it resumed the naval blockade against Iranian ports, redirecting compliant vessels while cutting off the regime’s lifeline. Iran responded with strikes on U.S. facilities in Bahrain and Jordan, and attacks on tankers in Omani waters. But God’s Word reminds us, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). Trump and our military are not backing down, and neither should we.
Keep in mind, this war exists for one reason: the United States of America will not let Iran get its hands on a nuclear weapon. Period. That is the whole point behind all this evil. Every ship redirected, every blockade reimposed, every strike carried out traces back to one non-negotiable line — a nuclear-armed Iran is a threat America refuses to accept.
Iranian officials insist the U.S. must recognize Tehran’s control over the strait before shipping returns to normal. That is a demand for submission, not peace. The Bible warns us plainly: “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil” (Isaiah 5:20). We will not call Iran’s aggression legitimate. We will not bow to a regime that mines international waters and fires on innocent ships.
Strength, Not Silence
This moment demands clarity. A nation that fears God does not fear tyrants. Trump’s reversal on shipping fees, replaced by direct partnerships with Gulf allies, shows resolve without compromise. The Lord calls His people to be watchmen, not bystanders — “the wicked shall be cut off from the earth” (Proverbs 2:22).
Don’t Miss This Moment
Pray for our troops. Pray for wisdom for our leaders. And stand boldly for truth in a world that rewards silence. This is not the time to look away — it’s the time to declare, without apology, that righteousness will prevail.
