The Left’s Final Stronghold, Pt. 2: Their Desperation is Showing

We previously exposed the left’s judicial desperation strategy in Pt. 1 of this series, where we showed how unelected judges have become the high priests of progressivism—issuing rulings that protect globalist priorities and suffocate reform. But the war has deepened. President Trump’s surge of common-sense executive actions is being systematically blocked—not by Congress, not by the people, but by activist judges on a mission to stall righteousness and dismantle biblical authority under the banner of “justice.”

This isn’t just judicial activism. It’s constitutional subversion and spiritual sabotage.

The Voter Citizenship Requirement
Take Trump’s executive order requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, a Clinton appointee, blocked it—claiming it trampled legislative authority. Yet the National Voter Registration Act explicitly empowers states to verify citizenship, and Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution commands the president to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” Election fraud is theft, plain and simple. So why fight to keep the loopholes open? Because the left’s agenda isn’t justice—it’s chaos. And chaos serves the globalist aim of destabilizing America from within.

Criminal Alien Deportations
Trump’s order to deport hostile Venezuelan nationals? Blocked by Judge James Boasberg (Obama appointee), who argued the Alien Enemies Act requires a formal declaration of war. But under Article II, Section 2, the president is commander-in-chief and can act on credible threats. Scripture reinforces this authority: rulers bear the sword “to execute wrath on the wrongdoer” (Romans 13:4). These judges aren’t checking tyranny—they’re undermining the defense of the nation.

The Lawless Sanctuary Cities
When Trump moved to cut federal funds from sanctuary cities, Judge John McConnell Jr. (Obama appointee) blocked it under the guise of “federalism.” But Congress has long tied funding to compliance—education, infrastructure, and welfare—and the president is well within his rights to enforce those terms. Biblically, law exists to restrain the lawless, not to empower them (1 Timothy 1:9). These rulings bless rebellion while punishing order.

Gender Confusion on the Battlefield?
Judge Julia Kobick (Biden appointee) blocked Trump’s order restoring traditional military standards, claiming it violated equal protection. But the Constitution grants the president exclusive authority over military policy as commander-in-chief. Combat readiness isn’t subject to courtroom ideology. And as Scripture reminds us, “God is not a God of confusion but of peace” (1 Corinthians 14:33). If we give in to this nonsense, we’re not strengthening our forces—we’re compromising them. In war, lives hinge on courage, cohesion, and the clarity to quickly process facts in life-or-death situations. Should a soldier be forced to entrust his life to someone who can’t even recognize their own gender based on fact? Obviously not.

Indoctrination by Judicial Decree
Judge Paula Xinis (Obama appointee) halted Trump’s move to remove the blatantly discriminatory DEI programs from schools—claiming that eliminating race-based indoctrination was itself “discriminatory.” Yet the president has full legal authority to direct agency policy under the Department of Education Organization Act. More importantly, God’s Word condemns partiality and favoritism in judgment (James 2:1–4). This isn’t equality—it’s ideological control dressed in the gaslit language of legalese.

A Nation Groaning Under Robed Rulers
Each of these rulings is a brick in a judicial Tower of Babel—rebellious, unaccountable, and hostile to truth. They twist the Constitution and mock the Judeo-Christian moral code it was founded upon. Trump isn’t just defending policy—he’s defending order itself. These judges aren’t upholding the rule of law; they’re rewriting it to serve the globalists’ agenda. And as Scripture warns, “When the wicked rule, the people groan” (Proverbs 29:2).

We know the Supreme Court will remain our firewall as long as it remains conservative-led. But we need Congress to act now and pass new laws that rein in this rogue judiciary. They need to restore constitutional balance and end the obstruction of justice by these globalist judges. What can we do? We can pray for them, write to them, and call them frequently. It’s time to groan louder.
