“Massachusetts Punishes Christian Foster Parents for Refusing to Bow to the Rainbow Agenda”

BOSTON — In Massachusetts, a Christian couple, Lydia and Heath Marvin, were stripped of their foster-care license after refusing to sign a state mandate forcing them to “affirm” a child’s LGBTQIA+ identity (The Gateway Pundit). These are not radical extremists—they are a faithful Christian couple answering God’s call to care for orphans.

The LGBTQIA+ movement is desperately clinging to power, fighting to preserve the altars the Biden administration built—altars now being torn down piece by piece under the renewed moral clarity of the Trump administration. And guess what? They’re still going after the children. It’s always been about the children—molding their minds, claiming their innocence, and silencing the parents and believers who dare to stand in the way.

Since 2020, the Marvins have opened their home to eight foster children under the age of four, including a medically fragile infant who stayed for 15 months (The Gateway Pundit). When the Department of Children and Families demanded compliance with its “LGBTQIA+ Non-Discrimination Policy,” the Marvins refused to sign (The Gateway Pundit). In their words: “We will absolutely love, support, and care for any child in our home, but we simply can’t agree to go against our Christian faith.”

This is not mere “wokeness”—this is tyranny. To force people of faith to violate their deepest convictions is downright evil. And what about the innocent children? This betrays the rights of conscience and the sacred duty to protect the minds and souls of these little ones.

This infuriates me. These children didn’t ask to be political pawns. It’s bad enough they’re being tossed to and fro, wondering what’s next for them. The Bible teaches us plainly: “Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause” (Isaiah 1:17). And James 1:27 reminds us that true, undefiled religion is caring for orphans and keeping oneself unstained by the world.

The Marvins are living that calling—and the state of Massachusetts is punishing it.

We must stand with them. We must pray for these families standing for truth. We must fight for the rights and minds of these displaced children. This is outright wrong—pure evil in action.
