AOC’s Shameful Smear of Charlie Kirk Before He’s Even Buried—Her Ilk Has Hell to Pay

Liberals race to rewrite the legacy of a man they couldn’t silence in life.

Charlie Kirk was gunned down in cold blood just last week, and instead of allowing his family and supporters a shred of dignity in mourning, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez used the House floor to launch a character assassination before Kirk is even in the ground. During debate over a bipartisan resolution condemning political violence, AOC spat venom by reading lies about Kirk into the record, accusing him of “repeatedly lying about people of color, about immigrants, about women, and about Jews” (The Guardian).

While this was typical classless gaslighting from AOC, it’s a shocking act of evil disrespect that should mark forever mark her career as a hate-mongering politician. Her false accusations of Kirk’s so-called “lies” were nothing more than his refusal to bow to leftist dogma. He wielded biblical morality as his compass — on gender, life, truth, and freedom — and because the Word of God exposes darkness, the left branded him a liar. That’s their tactic: weaponize the very standards of Scripture to vilify the people bold enough to stand on it. 

The resolution passed with a strong majority — 310 in favor — but AOC and nearly 60 Democrats opposed or refused to endorse it (AP News). Their reasoning was as grotesque as their timing. Instead of condemning political violence without caveats, they tried to stain Kirk’s memory by dredging up cherry-picked remarks taken out of comtext in order to poison his legacy globally. But it won’t work. Charlie was a friend of our ministry, and like all who knew Charlie, we will not allow demons to smear the man of God without recourse, nor will God.

The liberal globalists know Kirk’s death risks galvanizing a generation that admired his courage, and ultimately draw millions back to the Bible. So they had to move fast — inject venom into the record before truth could take root. Classless, heartless, and evil.

God’s Word warns us: “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness.” (Isaiah 5:20) That is exactly what we witnessed on the House floor. The call to believers now is simple — don’t buy the lies. Stand taller. Speak louder. Pray for Charlie’s family, and pray that prophets will rise up to finish the work he began: calling this nation back to the Judeo-Christian moral code the left despises.
