The Western Journal reports that PepsiCo just announced sweeping changes under its “MAHA” agenda—“Make America Healthy Again”—to give snack icons like Doritos and Cheetos a full-blown makeover. The company pledges to roll out “naked” versions of its flagship snacks, stripped of artificial colors and flavors, and vows to remove artificial dyes from many of its products by the end of the year. Even Lay’s and Tostitos will be rebranded to highlight that they contain no synthetic additives.
I’m rejoicing—this is long overdue. I’ve watched too many people, including my own family members, struggle with obesity, chronic illness, inflammation, and fatigue because of what’s hidden in our food. Our bodies were never meant to be battered by sugar, dyes, and chemicals. We only get one body in this life—and it’s time we start taking care of it right now.
PepsiCo’s shift is a victory lap for health warriors—and a wake-up call for the uninformed. One thing’s for sure: this is only the beginning. As these changes unfold, we must demand full integrity from every food company. If we stop buying the trash, the transformation will happen faster. Read the labels. Know what you’re putting into your body. Hold these corporations accountable for what they feed our families.
A heartfelt thank-you to RFK Jr. and his team for choosing health over profit. And to everyone reading this—this fight doesn’t end with one announcement. Let this be the beginning of reclaiming the health God intended for us. Your life matters. Your choices matter. Protect your temple, and lead your family to do the same.
