On April 23, 2026, Kimmel aired a mock White House Correspondents’ Dinner skit on his show, using a fake video of Melania Trump and her son Barron,  making it appear as though they were actually seated in his studio — then declared: “Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.” Two days later, on April 25, 2026, a gunman entered the real Correspondents’ Dinner in what authorities called a third assassination attempt on President Trump. Was this coincidence? The Bible is clear: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Proverbs 18:21. Kimmel chose mockery — and his words carried a deadly spirit. (NY Post)

Kimmel didn’t stop at one jab — he also mocked Melania’s documentary, which struggled at the box office. This was a full-scale personal assault on her image, her voice, and her worth as a woman. No matter what anyone thinks of Melania Trump’s past or politics, no woman deserves to be publicly gutted on national television. Proverbs 31:25 commands that a woman of strength be honored — not used as a punchline.

The First Lady Melania Drew The Line

Melania fired back: “His monologue about my family isn’t comedy. His words are corrosive and deepen the political sickness within America. People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.” She is right. ABC has enabled this man long enough.
