The National Review hit the nail on the head when it rejected the lazy narrative being spun around Charlie Kirk’s memorial. Predictably, the progressive left immediately branded the service as “Christian nationalism.” That’s the same tired smear they’ve weaponized against any public expression of faith that refuses to bow before their godless agenda. I encourage you to read the article for yourself, because it’s proof that even outside our born-again circles, some still see through the haze of propaganda.
Let’s call their venom what it is: disgusting gaslighting. Globalist elites and their atheist allies know exactly what they’re doing. They hurl accusations, mock our grief, and frame the memorial of a murdered brother in Christ as “dangerous”—all while pretending to protect democracy. Their ultimate goal isn’t subtle. They want America’s Christian heritage erased. They want the Bible outlawed. They want the Judeo-Christian moral code ripped out of the cultural foundation once and for all.
That’s why the hate keeps pouring out—whether it’s vile words in the press or violent attacks on the streets. They want to silence us, to shame us into backing down. But here’s the thing: they’ve failed. They will keep failing. And their desperation only proves it.
No matter how many times they repeat the lie, the truth of our history doesn’t change. America was a Christian nation. Our founders didn’t risk their lives and livelihoods to erect some secular utopia. They fled persecution to worship Jesus Christ freely. They built our laws and our system of ethics on Scripture. Our Constitution assumes moral citizens—citizens trained in righteousness. That’s the foundation. But here’s the truth we can’t sugarcoat: we’ve surrendered it.
For the last 80 years, the body of Christ in America has bowed—not to the living God, but to materialism, comfort, and career-first dogma sold to us by the same globalists who now openly mock our faith. We traded away the moral high ground one compromise at a time. And that’s why we are no longer living as the Christian nation we once were.
Still, the Lord has cracked open a window—a space of grace. Charlie’s martyrdom is not just a tragedy; it’s a wake-up call. Right now, in this moment, God is giving His people one more opportunity to rise up and actually live the faith we’ve been pretending to profess.
The Bible says: “I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14)
This is our chance to press on, to shake free of our idols, and to prove by our obedience that we are still His. Because the Word is also clear: this nation will one day collapse and fall to the anti-Christ spirit now circling like a vulture. The only question is—will it happen on our watch? Or will we rise up, stand against it, and “having done all, to stand firm”? (Ephesians 6:13)
Here’s the bottom line: Jesus has no use for lukewarm Christianity. “Because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.” (Revelation 3:16)
This is not the hour for compromise. This is the hour for bold obedience. Pastor Greg Locke said it plainly: Charlie Kirk is the first end-times martyr. And just as Stephen’s death ignited the early church (Acts 7), Charlie’s murder must awaken us today—not for another rally, but for a true revival of our faith… with passion. Obey the Bible. Follow Christ without compromise. Jesus said:
“If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.” (John 14:23)
If we really want the Lord to “make home” in our lives, our families, and our nation, we must start loving him passionately enough to obey Him. It’s the only way, Church.
