Two weeks. That’s all it took for the judicial resistance to regroup.
On June 27, the Supreme Court did what it should’ve done long ago—it told federal judges to stop issuing nationwide injunctions like they were party favors. But Judge Joseph Laplante, sitting in New Hampshire, wasn’t about to let a constitutional course correction get in the way of his political mission. So he turned to a procedural loophole to continue obstructing the President’s effort to uphold the law.
Laplante issued a nationwide injunction against President Trump’s latest executive order using a “class action” designation. The executive order in question rightfully stops the abuse of birthright citizenship by children born to illegal immigrants, but Democrats and their globalist puppeteers are hell-bent on keeping the injustice alive. So the very power SCOTUS just restricted is now back in play because one judge got creative.
To clarify, the 14th Amendment was added to the Constitution in 1866 to rightly enshrine citizenship for freed slaves and their children—period. That is the historical, legal, and moral foundation of its language. There is no honest argument that it was meant to incentivize foreign nationals to bypass our immigration laws, sneak across our borders, and claim constitutional protections for their offspring as “anchor babies.”
That interpretation is fraudulent. It was born of lawless politics, and the injustice has long been upheld by activist judges. This perversion of the 14th isn’t rooted in compassion—it’s rooted in globalist power games. The left doesn’t want to fix immigration; it wants to flood the system, manipulate the conservative/liberal balance of Congress by tricking census numbers, and ultimately pad the voter rolls with globalist-friendly voters. That’s not a conspiracy theory. It’s their proven strategy, and it has been working for decades.
When my father immigrated to the U.S., he obeyed the law. He worked tirelessly for the privilege to live here and served in the U.S. Navy for two decades to earn the right to become a citizen while raising up a family under the banners of just law and due process. That’s the America we used to honor as a people—the one that respected the rule of law and rewarded obedience to it. But the globalist agenda is rooted in destabilization tactics, so now we’re watching judges like Laplante spit on our legacy by upholding fraud over fairness. We must push back.
Illegal entry is a crime. There’s no moral high ground in rewarding it. Millions of transnationals like my father pray for the chance to apply for U.S. citizenship, and they do it the right way—by waiting for their turn and by proving themselves through a well-designed process that works. Every illegal alien who jumps the line is literally stealing the opportunity from someone who obeys the law and patiently waits for their turn. When judges twist constitutional amendments to accommodate lawbreakers, they’re not interpreting law—they’re erasing it, and hurting everyone but the globalists and the lawbreakers.
What we’re seeing is the full bloom of entitlement culture designed to destabilize this nation through lawlessness, and it’s not just in our streets—but in our courtrooms as well. This idea that America owes citizenship to the children of foreign nationals who break our laws is nonsense. It’s unjust. And it’s an offense to every immigrant who sacrificed everything to come here the right way.
The Bible says, “You shall not pervert the justice due to the sojourner or to the fatherless.” (Deuteronomy 24:17) That command demands justice for all aliens—not favoritism for the lawless, not manipulation for gain, and not political theater from rogue judges who pervert the law. True justice never rewards the unlawful at the expense of the obedient. True justice is always just.
Judges like Laplante aren’t trying to protect children. They’re trying to preserve the globalist agenda. Their allegiance isn’t to the Constitution—it’s to the globalist elites who are profiting off porous borders and population chaos. It must end.
