The Supreme Court just handed the Constitution (and the Bible) a thunderous victory
The left has used rogue judges as foot soldiers to run interference on lawful governance since the day President Trump took office. NO MORE. In a landmark ruling that may be the most important decision in the history of the Supreme Court, the SCOTUS just tore that weapon from their grip—and handed it back to the Executive Branch where the Constitution says it belongs. At Red Sky, we’ve written about this urgent issue many times, so we celebrate this victory as further evidence of the hand of God on our nation.
On Thursday, the Court ruled 6–3 that federal district judges no longer have the authority to issue nationwide injunctions. The ruling came in response to one of the many Trump executive orders targeted by activist judges—this one dealing with birthright citizenship fraud. The decision doesn’t rule on the policy itself—it does something bigger. It blocks district judges from stopping the federal government cold with sweeping, lawless rulings outside their own jurisdiction.
Translation: Every Trump policy that was blocked by these illegal injunctions is now free to move forward.
This includes (but not limited to):
For the first time in years, the President of the United States can actually enforce federal law without begging for permission from radical courts. Praise God, President Donald Trump’s effort to return our Constitution and our federal policies to the Judeo-Christian moral code on which each was founded, is finally free to proceed. This is God’s doing… don’t miss that fact.“For the Lord is our judge; the Lord is our lawgiver; the Lord is our king; He will save us.” (Isaiah 33:22)
