A Great Miracle from Heaven! God Intervenes to Spare Israeli Hospital Patients from Direct Missile Strike

Our God Is the God of Israel

It wasn’t just a lucky call. It wasn’t random chance. This was the undeniable hand of God sparing the lives of innocents—patients, nurses, doctors—mere hours before an Iranian ballistic missile slammed directly into their hospital floor.

As reported by Newsrael.com, on Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m., Iran launched a brutal barrage of 20 to 30 missiles, one of which struck Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba. The attack caused massive structural damage. And yet, not a single life was lost.

Why? Because just hours before, Israel’s Health Ministry Director-General Moshe Bar Siman-Tov ordered an evacuation of the surgical ward on the third floor—the very floor that was destroyed in the strike.

Ministry officials determined the third floor was highly vulnerable to missile fire and needed to be cleared immediately. That call turned out to be a divine rescue plan—because that floor was the one obliterated hours later.

That directive wasn’t just smart—it was Spirit-led. There’s no other way to put it.

“A Great Miracle from Heaven”

Let’s quote the boots-on-the-ground testimony. Volunteer worker Sarah Bushri who was on the third floor at the time of the strike, told Kan, “We thought the explosion was right inside the ward. Everything fell apart. Glass, ceilings – everything fell.”

She described how staff acted swiftly: “We evacuated everyone,” she said, noting that “fortunately not a single patient was hurt,” even as glass shattered onto beds. Then came the unmistakable conclusion:

“We received a great miracle from heaven.”

Red Sky’s only response? Amen. That’s exactly what this was.

It’s one thing to report the facts. It’s another to see God’s fingerprints all over those facts. The Israeli government moved quickly, yes—but who gave them the wisdom? Who stirred their spirit to act on that specific floor just hours before impact—at that very floor? The God of Israel. The Defender of the innocent. The One who answers when His people cry out.

Only One Injury—And It Was Minor

Despite a full-on ballistic impact—designed to kill and terrorize—only one patient sustained injuries, and they were minor. Our sovereign God intervened in the middle of warfare to show mercy in a surgical ward. And His people are not afraid to call it what it was—a miracle.

Let the world mock. Let secular media call it a “close call.” Here at Red Sky, we’ll tell it like it is: God showed up, and lives were spared.

“All of Israel Will be Saved,” Says the Lord

Though the people of Israel are not yet born again in Christ, we must never forget—they are still His chosen people, destined to stand before the judgment seat of Christ Jesus just like the rest of us. Their story in Christ is far from over. As Paul taught us in Romans:

“Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. And in this way all Israel will be saved, as it is written, ‘The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob’; ‘and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.’

As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake. But as regards election, they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers. For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience, so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy.” (Romans 11:25–31)

And the book of Revelation confirms that this coming salvation of Israel isn’t metaphorical—it’s numerical:

“And I heard the number of the sealed, 144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel.” (Revelation 7:4)So let us pray—earnestly, urgently, and unceasingly—for the prophetic day the “fullness of the Gentiles” is accomplished. And, as Scripture commands, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!” (Psalm 122:6)
