As reported by the New York Post, Israel is actively preparing for a military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities. Intelligence movements suggest plans are no longer theoretical. They’re operational.
Meanwhile, President Trump is pursuing a diplomatic solution. But Israel’s government—surrounded by enemies and targeted for annihilation—can’t afford to stake its survival on Iran’s willingness to submit to Trump. The President gave them 60 days to negotiate, and we’re well past that.
Iran is building weapons with one purpose: wipe Israel off the map. That’s not hyperbole. That’s doctrine in Tehran. Every delay gives them more uranium, more time, more reach.
“The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.” (Proverbs 22:3, ESV)
This isn’t about politics. It’s about national survival. And it’s a decision no government should ever have to make.
The path forward is razor-thin. If Israel launches, it risks igniting a regional firestorm. If it holds back, it risks a nuclear Iran.
No country should face this choice alone. And thank God Israel isn’t alone. He will protect them. “He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.” (Psalm 121:4, ESV)
This isn’t a call to cheer on bombs. It’s a call to pray—for wisdom in Tel Aviv, for restraint in Tehran, for God’s covering over His people. Israel may move before the headlines can catch up. And when they do, it won’t be a power move. It’ll be a last resort. Let the world posture. Let the politicians negotiate. But let the Church pray.
